We stand behind our work. Here's what's covered, what isn't, and how to file a claim if something goes wrong.
Every Rugged dump body is manufactured and installed in-house, and every build is backed by a manufacturer's warranty covering structural components, workmanship, and key hydraulic and electrical parts. Exact terms and duration vary by body type and application and are confirmed in writing at the time of purchase. This page explains the categories of coverage in general terms. For the specific warranty that applies to your build, contact your Rugged representative.
Coverage is organized into four categories. Your written warranty documentation will confirm the specific duration and terms that apply to your build.
Covers manufacturing defects in the dump body frame, panels, and structural welds.
Covers defects in hydraulic cylinders, pumps, and related components installed by Rugged.
Covers fabrication and installation work completed by the Rugged team.
Covers wiring and electrical components installed during manufacturing.
